Please remember to keep your garage door closed at all times. Things have been known to disappear from open garages, and you could wind up with an unwelcome guest.

LEAVE PORCH AND OUTDOOR ALLEYWAY /BACK DECK LIGHTS ON

Lights deter crime including auto break-ins, thefts of plants and other items as well . Please be sure to leave your front and back lights on and replace bulbs promptly.
(NOTE: Replacing incandescent bulbs with LED bulbs will save you money over time as they last for years.)

LIFT SERVICE FROM THE FIRE DEPARTMENT

The fire department will respond to calls if you need “Lift Service” if someone in your home has fallen and needs help getting back up into a chair or bed. HFD will respond and help lift the person.

Call 911 and tell the operator that this is a non-emergency; then state the Lift Service request.
